New and current artwork from Canadian illustration artist Susan Bailey
This is wonderful. The likeness is great. What program do you use? I'm more of an analog illustrator, but a friend of mine just started experimenting with ZBrush, with which he can get the most amazing digital detail.
This is such good work, so funny. LOL. gosh, this looks just like the queem, you must have a very dazzzleing, jet set kind of life.
This is fabulous...so regal and so proper!
I love this idea! You nailed it. Is it digital or silkscreen or...?
Thanks for the comments. I always find them so encouraging. This was created in Illustrator my all time favorite medium.
Oooh, I've never had High Tea with the Queen! Clean image, better than common!
Very hoighty-toighty! Nice!
Great job on HRH! I admire your Illustrator skills. Thanks for your nice comments on my final Song contribution. It was the first time I have done something specifically for Ill. Fri. using Illustrator myself, as I usually stick to more traditional media. It was a lot of fun, good practice for sure.
Lol...great take on the topic, and wonderful execution!
this is so well done! love the colours and textures and the shading!!!
waww¡¡¡ great illo, the expresion is awasome¡¡¡ well done
tee hehehee - very well done
This is very well done. I find it humorous; the look in her eyes, and the fact that she's posing for a shot looking all regal while holding a cup of tea. It's like she's doing a commercial for a tea brand or something.
Great work at this blog! Love the style and medium you use.
My only experience with high tea was in Vancouver. There's a hotel there that's reknowned for its high tea, I guess. My wife and daughter took my son and me to a session during a vacation up there a while back.Great illustrations on your site. Scrolled through your 'song' posts and the 'simple' American Gothic, which I especially like.
diggin your illustrator skills. my weapon of choice as well.
Great illustration - the queen is funny!
