Well... I hate to admit this... but this illo is somewhat of a self portrait in regards to the 'Dance of the food wars'. With all the information about the right diet and what you should eat constantly changing I no longer know what to eat...low carb..high carb..high fibre.. low fat ...I just don't know anymore.

Suzan, you're not alone ~ everyone is confused by too much information!! This is a great illustration and documentation of the struggle to know what IS good or not so good for you.
Confusing...isn't it? I am vegan...so, I hear a lot of negativity about my diet. Anyway...great take on this week's theme, and awesome illo! Very nice!

I'm almost vegetarian and eat a lot of fresh fish, plus pasta and pizzas! (off course)and wish to grew "larger"
